USA Training Policy & Procedures

Good afternoon coaches,

As we look forward to an enjoyable and educational season, I just wanted to make you aware of some of our key company policies & procedures.United Soccer Academy require 48 hours notice if a practice is to be canceled due to a non-weather reason. These include, but are not limited to, school events, religious events etc. If we do not receive this 48 hours notice, then the team will be billed. We also require a minimum 2 hours notice for a weather related cancellation or again, the team will be billed.Should you cancel practice please email our scheduling department on [email protected] & [email protected] mutual agreement of the training schedule for your team, the days and times of training cannot be altered without first contacting the USA scheduling department. Please do not rearrange training times or days via your assigned USA Coaching Staff before first contacting the central office at [email protected] & [email protected] If alterations are made without coordination, the team may not have a trainer for those particular sessions.
